Will you handle the access pass and deposit?
Yes. We know the venues' rules and procedures and prepare each delivery to meet the access-pass and deposit requirements.
Do you deliver straight to the stand?
Yes. We deliver to the designated hall and sector – straight to the exhibitor's stand.
What if the venue sets a specific delivery slot?
We plan the delivery precisely around the assigned slot so we arrive on time with no risk of delay.
There's no loading dock on site. What then?
We come with a vehicle fitted with a tail lift and a pallet truck – the pallets are lowered to hall level and taken to the stand.
Do you also carry loads that aren't for trade fairs?
Yes – dedicated express runs, pallet transport, exhibits and sensitive cargo, including abroad.
