Effective from 24 October 2026. This page explains what data we collect on this website, why, and how long we keep it.

What data we process

• The “Get a quote” form – the trade fair or route, hall and stand, delivery date, type of cargo, your email address or phone number and any notes you add.
• Email and phone contact – the details you share with us in correspondence or on a call.
• Spam protection for the form – a hash of your IP address, from which the address itself cannot be read, kept for no more than 24 hours to limit the number of submissions.

Please don't include details in the notes that aren't needed for a transport quote.

Purposes and legal bases

• Answering your enquiry, preparing a quote and planning the transport – steps taken at your request before entering into a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).
• Handling correspondence and protecting the website against abuse and spam – our legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
• If you place an order – performance of the contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR) and accounting and tax obligations (Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR).

Providing your details is voluntary, but we can't reply without contact details. We don't make automated decisions or create profiles.

How long we keep data

• Enquiries from the form – up to 12 months from receipt; after that they are deleted automatically.
• Data relating to an order – for the period required by law (e.g. tax law) and until any claims become time-barred.
• IP address hash for spam protection – up to 24 hours.

Who receives the data

We don't sell your data or share it for marketing. Access is limited to the providers who run the website and email technically: the server (hosting) provider and the email provider, under data processing agreements. When carrying out a transport, we pass the necessary details to the trade fair organiser or venue operator (e.g. to register vehicle entry) where the delivery requires it.

The website displays photos and videos from external servers (the wsrv.nl image resizing service and Artlist's file servers). When loading them, your browser connects to these servers and passes on technical connection data, including your IP address – as with loading any content from the internet. Fonts are served from our own server.

Cookies and statistics

This website uses no analytics or advertising cookies and does not track visitors. The only cookie is a strictly necessary session cookie in the admin area, set only for MESO staff who log in to it.

Your rights

You have the right to access your data, to have it corrected, erased or its processing restricted, to data portability, and to object to processing based on our legitimate interest. Just send a message to info@mesologistik.com.

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority – for us this is the President of the Polish Personal Data Protection Office (Prezes UODO, ul. Stawki 2, 00-193 Warsaw, Poland).
